HERE SEMINAR - JOINT PROGRAMMES AND DEGREES: STRATEGY, MANAGEMENT, IMPLEMENTATION

The Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) is hosting the HERE seminar titled “Joint Programmes and Degrees: Strategy, Management, Implementation” on 17 and 18 March 2016 at the University of Novi Sad.

The seminar is organized in cooperation with the SPHERE Consortium (Support and Promotion for Higher Education Reform Experts), consisting of the University of Barcelona (Coordinator) and the European University Association (EUA).

The seminar participants, i.e. HEREs from different partner countries and other European experts, will address the issues of planning and design of joint programmes, from lighter  joint programme delivery to multiple and joint degrees, as well as their respective management, promotion and sustainability.

Furthermore, they will promote existing guidelines and good practices that have been developed in European projects and initiatives, and provide strategic advice. They will also address the regulatory conditions and frameworks required at the national level, to ensure that joint programmes can be undertaken and the resulting degrees are recognized.

The seminar will provide an opportunity for the participants to present and discuss their own experience with joint programmes.
